What do you mean by aptX and AAC? Do they really make my music sound different?

Does the Shanling - Q1 support MQA?

This player does not support MQA but has the capability to support DSD format.

Does this player come with physical controls?

Yes, the three button and analog volume wheel makes the Q1 easy to control.
