The new 'Smart Max' technology uses the MCU to read the board temperature on the back of the VTEC chip and uses PID control to control the output power of the VTX amplifier. When the board temperature rises, the VTX power will be automatically reduced. When the temperature is low, the maximum output power can be up to 400mW.
