iBasso - IT01X (Ex-Demo Unit)

iBasso IT01X is the latest single Dynamic Driver IEM set from the house of iBasso. It brings together years of HiFi audio research and development by professional engineers at iBasso to deliver a product with excellent sound performance and outstanding craftsmanship. The IT01X features premium high-density brass driver cavities with a dual-cavity design. Brass cavities effectively reduce distortion and resonance in the output presenting a true-to-life natural sound output throughout a wide frequency range. Dual-cavity allows for better air pressure management resulting in smooth and transparent sound production.

The IT01X utilises a double-sided beryllium-plated diaphragm, which has half the density of titanium for truly lightweight performance. The team at iBasso chose to plate each side of the driver with beryllium for the IT01X. The density of beryllium is only half of the titanium and this lighter weight diaphragm allows the IT01X to be driven with ease. The diaphragm has outstanding rigidity and quick response with extremely low distortion, reduced internal resistance, and improved high-frequency bandwidth for a better overall treble extension. iBasso IT01X is also equipped with brass dual Helmholtz resonators which provides deep and powerful bass while cancelling standing waves and ensures natural sound.

The iBasso IT01X features a 3D Three-Dimensional Suspension design supported by a high-flux magnetic system that accurately calculates the suspension with a larger opening compared to other earphones. It effectively suppresses the IEM's split vibration, lowers distortion and provides a cleaner sound output. The iBasso IT01X utilises a high flux magnet made from neodymium, iron and boron. It drives the thin and light double-sided beryllium-plated diaphragm efficiently, giving the IT01X excellent dynamics and transient response.

iBasso IT01X features an elegant and precisely designed shell to elevate the overall look and feel of the earphones. The earpieces for the IT01X are made using premium metallic paint used in luxury imported cars. The paint film is hard, skin-friendly, and self-cleaning. iBasso has made the IT01X available in three different colours Red, Blue, and Black, all having an elegant design and looks to the pair. The earpieces for the IT01X have an ergonomic design with compact form-factor, providing a super comfy fit making the pair a suitable choice for long music sessions.

The cable included with the iBasso IT01X is carefully selected and made with high-quality materials to deliver a distortion-free audio signal. A premium high purity copper cable with a silver-plated shield comes bundled with the IT01X enhancing audio performance and reducing the loss of audio signal during transmission. This included cable features a sturdy design making it durable and offering a longer usage life. The cable features an MMCX connector on one end and a 3.5mm connector on the other end, allowing for easy connectivity with various devices and even allowing for upgradability with its detachable design.
